
Deborah Sabet is a Senior Design Director with over 20 years of experience in luxury and contemporary Menswear and Ready-to-Wear brands. Her hallmark capabilities lie within style and fabric innovation with an emphasis on responsible goods. Her unique take on product elevation while serving business objectives produce timeless pieces that are strategically aligned.
Deborah is currently the Men’s Senior Design Director at Vince, in charge of putting out four collections a year, including shoes and accessories. Her work has been featured in GQ, Esquire, BOF, WWD, Editorialist, WSJ and Hypebeast. While designing for Vince, she has also executed multiple special projects for Tom Cruise and Chris Evans.
In addition to her design capabilities, Deborah is renowned for her expert management of both people and projects. Having worked in a broad range of environments, including leading District Homme, her bespoke menswear collection, and teaching at Otis, she has the knowledge and expertise to lead creative teams, build brand identities and establish core fits. Deborah knows how to lead both lean and large teams while fostering efficiency and collaboration across departments. She is also a proven champion for diversity and inclusion.
Having grown up in Los Angeles, Deborah’s aesthetic is informed by the city’s effortless coastal style and entertainment industry influence. Her work is modern yet attainable. She creates the elevated pieces people want to live in.
Deborah is an alumni and mentor at Otis College of Art + Design. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
